Cancellation and refund policy

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If you want to cancel your order, you need to notify us in writing by e-mail within those seven days and request a Goods Return Number (GRN). Once you have notified us, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, providing we are receipt of the returned goods. Please note that we do NOT refund the cost of postage or shipping. Returned goods must be insured. Please note pierced earring may not be returned for reasons of hygiene. Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. There are naturally exceptions to the terms shown above, where for instance products are specially made, so please carefully read and check the details below before ordering any item.

 Due to the nature of Longer chains in some cases may become caught and breakages may occur. LYS London cannot be held liable for breakages for Long chains. We will be happy to repair your item for a small charge if you are outside of our 14 day return policy. We are unable to give full refunds as the item has already been worn. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of earrings in compliance with health and hygiene regulations

 Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. We can only replace faulty items for the same item in the same size. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when completing your GRN request form.

 All items intended for return must have a Goods Return Number (GRN). GRNs must be obtained within 7 working days of receipt of delivery by emailing: info@lyslondon.com following the instructions that we will send you. You cannot return goods without first obtaining a Goods Return Number and, save as precluded by law, we reserve the right to refuse/return unidentified returns to the sender.

 Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).

 We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.
