Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Availability of items

All items are subject to availability. If your choice in not available you will be contacted by email within 48 hours. We will be pleased to suggest an alternative design.

Buying products on our website

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you have registered with us. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are in accordance with English law.

Prices and payment

All prices on the LYS London website are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% but exclusive of delivery costs.

If your order is being shipped to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then VAT will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice. If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the EU then the total price will include VAT at the current rate.

Please note LYS London has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. Shipping prices are given in the section Shipping My Order. You must pay by debit or credit card at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We reserve the right to change prices due to market forces. We will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.
